I have been there.

My journey through motherhood and loss has motivated me to develop programs that assist mothers everywhere in gaining knowledge about their bodies, both mentally and physically. I aim to help them develop coping strategies, explore their inner thoughts and interpersonal challenges, and achieve personal alignment. Remember, you are not alone.

All Mama

All Mama supports postpartum mental health through early, compassionate care. The program helps mothers distinguish between baby blues and postpartum depression/anxiety while offering tools to manage stress, sleep changes, address anger and emotional regulation, encourage identity beyond motherhood, and build resilience.

Still Mama

Still Mama is a gentle program for mothers coping with grief and loss. It offers space to honor your journey, learn your emotions, and begin healing. We tailor the experience to your unique needs and encourage you to seek added support during this time.

Expertise

Women's Health
& Wellness

Women’s health encompasses the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of women across all stages of life.  What makes women’s health unique is its holistic nature-acknowledging the intricate connection between a woman’s body, mind, and environment. Dr. Farbod also places special focus on maternal pelvic health and changes.

Perinatal and Postpartum Depression & Anxiety

Pre- and postpartum depression and anxiety are physiological and psychological responses to the profound changes of pregnancy, childbirth, and early motherhood. They reflect the body’s hormonal shifts, disrupted sleep, and emotional adjustment to new identity and responsibility. These conditions also highlight the social and relational pressures mothers face.

Grief & Trauma

Postpartum grief and trauma refer to the deep emotional pain and distress that can follow childbirth, often linked to loss, medical complications, or a difficult birth experience. This grief may stem from unmet expectations, identity shifts, or the loss of a sense of control or safety during the perinatal period.
