About
Meet Dr. Brynna Farbod
My journey into maternal health program development is both personal and purposeful. After a tragic loss, multiple miscarriages, and later giving birth to my daughter, I faced postpartum anxiety/depression and long-term physical changes- despite feeling mentally prepared and healthy. These experiences opened my eyes to how little we acknowledge the emotional, psychological, and physiological shifts mothers go through.

I created All Her to change that.

Blending my clinical expertise with lived experience, I support women and mothers through postpartum, trauma, stress, maternal identity challenges, pelvic issues, and personal development through my programs. My integrative approach combines science-backed strategies with holistic wellness to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
